“It was reassuring to know there was a staff member or someone on site we could contact if anything went wrong. And I really wish there were clear consequences for people playing loud music on an exam night, especially after we complained to the office. We had even gone out of our way to request and receive a “quiet flat,” so it felt unfair.”
